I spent ten years as a food editor in Copenhagen before a one-way ticket to Lisbon rearranged everything. What started as a "three month break" turned into a slow circumnavigation — 34 countries, two very patient cats (I'm home now), and a notebook habit I can't shake.

Wander & Ink is my journal of that life. I don't chase checklists or sunrise timelapses. I rent rooms with kitchens, learn six words of the local language, eat where the queue of locals is longest, and write it all down before I forget.

What I write about

City guides written like letters to a friend — the one café, the one street, the one meal. Packing systems that survive. Honest takes on the slow-travel life, including the laundry piles.

Currently

Home in Copenhagen again, editing a book of the best mole recipes I've been taught, and planning a very slow spring in the Azores.
